KALIMORI A.C., hereinafter referred to as KALIMORI, with an address at Carretera Capulin-Malinalco-Chalma Km 20.6, San Sebastián Malinalco, Estado de México, is responsible for collecting your personal data, as well as for the use and protection of such data. These will always be processed in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Economy.

Use of Your Personal Data

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:

  • To fulfill our obligations with you and with the adult or minor with intellectual or functional disabilities for whom the service is contracted, in order to provide alternatives for comprehensive development with total satisfaction.

  • To develop an appropriate and personalized activity plan for each resident.

  • For billing and invoicing purposes for the services provided.

  • To inform you about the opening of workshops, courses, camps, and any other activities that KALIMORI offers.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service but help us provide better service:

  • To send our clients offers and promotions.

If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for these additional purposes, you can send an email to informes@kalimori.org indicating your preference. Refusing the use of your personal data for these purposes will not be a reason for us to deny the services and products you request or contract with us.

Personal Data We Collect

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we need to obtain the following personal data:

From you:

  • Full name, email address, home address, landline and mobile phone numbers, RFC, nationality, age, proof of address, a copy of an official ID (IFE/INE or passport), and emergency contact details including full name and phone number.

From the adult or minor with intellectual or functional disabilities for whom you are contracting the service:

  • Full name, age, date and place of birth, nationality, and photograph.

Your personal data will be collected via telephone, email, or through our website.

Sensitive Personal Data

In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we will use the following sensitive personal data, which require special protection:

From you:

  • Financial, patrimonial, and employment data.

From the adult or minor with intellectual or functional disabilities for whom you are contracting the service:

  • Medical conditions or illnesses, allergies, medications taken, medication schedules, blood type, and family medical history.
     

Transmission of Personal Data

KALIMORI will not sell or rent the collected personal data. We will not share personal data with third parties, except as required by a court order or to comply with legal provisions.
 

Protection of Personal Data

We are particularly concerned with protecting the personal information of minors and individuals with disabilities according to the law, through the implementation of measures. After collecting the information, KALIMORI will make every effort to protect your personal data and will do everything possible to safeguard its security through administrative, technical, and physical measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, access, or unauthorized disclosure.
 

ARCO Rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition of Your Personal Data

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the conditions of its use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request its removal from our records or databases when you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set out in the regulations (Cancellation); and to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

  • Email or address to notify you of the response to your request.

  • The specific rights you wish to exercise regarding the described personal data (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition).

  • Any other elements, documents, or information that facilitate the location of the personal data.


For rectification requests, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide documentation supporting the correction or update of your personal data.
 

Once we receive your request through the indicated means, KALIMORI will inform you whether your request was processed or not and the reasons for this within a period not exceeding 15 business days. If your request is processed, KALIMORI will provide access to your personal data, carry out the rectification, cancellation, or termination of its use, and notify you via the email provided or, if necessary, by phone.
 

Revocation of Consent for the Use of Your Personal Data

You can revoke the consent you may have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that in some cases, we may not be able to immediately comply with your request or end the use of your data immediately, as we may need to continue processing it due to legal obligations.
